Receive $500 a week while BBS Homes builds your new home, to pay rent or cover your mortgage. The offer applies to the purchase of any one of BBS Homes' standard house plans with either the Premium or Infinity inclusions package, subject to exchange of a Building Contract without alteration to existing Contract Conditions. The offer may be extended to Custom Home designs at BBS Homes' discretion. Payments are made monthly in arrears and commence on receipt of the Base Stage Progress Claim. Payments end at the earliest of a total construction period of six months or Practical Completion, subject to the stated treatment of Time Delays and Extensions of Time. The offer cannot be used with any other BBS Homes offer or promotion, except the 6 Month Build Guarantee promotion. The offer becomes void and payments cease if work is suspended, the Building Contract is terminated, or during any dispute. Any previously paid promotional amounts must then be repaid. BBS Homes may retract the offer before exchange of a Building Contract where no written promise to honour it has been made. Terms and conditions apply.
