Upgrade to double glazed windows at no extra cost when purchasing any one of BBS Homes' single-storey standard house plans with either the Premium or Infinity inclusions package. The offer applies on exchange of a Building Contract without alteration to existing Contract Conditions, subject to BBS Homes retaining use of its preferred window supplier. It cannot be used with any other BBS Homes offer or promotion, except the 6 Month Build Guarantee promotion. The offer may be extended to Custom Home designs at BBS Homes' discretion. It becomes null and void in the event of Suspension of Work, termination of the Building Contract by either party, or a Dispute, and BBS Homes reserves the right to retract it before exchange of a Building Contract where no written promise has been made to honour the promotion.
