Imaging of tendons, muscles and ligaments to identify abnormalities as small as 1 mm. The examination involves ultrasound gel and a transducer placed on the skin, with movement of the area being scanned if required. The images are reviewed by a Radiologist, and a report is sent to your doctor on the same day. Usually no preparation is required. Please bring any previous imaging and reports.
