The Facilities Team Member delivers a great customer experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and keeping facility areas tidy and safe. Duties include monitoring cleaning supplies, checking equipment and amenities for safety, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, lockers, equipment, locker rooms, showers, bathroom stalls and cold tubs, restocking amenities, following cleaning schedules, using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, placing safety notices for hazards, reporting health and safety or repair issues, and prioritizing tasks independently. Candidates must be at least 21 with proven facilities experience, have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and with a team, follow instructions, work flexible non-traditional hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends and some holidays, and stand for long periods and lift or carry at least 30 lbs. The position pays $18 per hour, with part-time and full-time positions available, full-time medical, dental and vision benefits for candidates working at least 30 hours per week, complimentary membership, product discounts and potential career growth.
