The Client Relations Representative is the frontline of Tone House and supports the Management Team with customer service duties while creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests and team members, assisting clients with memberships and purchases, generating and closing sales leads, facilitating check-in, supporting studio operations, maintaining the reception area and membership database, handling cash and the POS system, and participating in 1-2 Tone House sessions per week. Candidates must be at least 18, passionate about health and fitness, customer-service oriented, organized, reliable, able to multitask, flexible to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and some holidays, and able to stand for long periods and lift or carry at least 30 lbs. The position offers $16-$18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, plus commissions, complimentary membership, product discounts and potential career growth.
