Shift supervisors are responsible for assisting the store manager in executing store operations during shifts, directing partners to various workstations to ensure Starbucks standards are met, executing store operations, and assisting trainees. Starbucks is seeking people with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a retail environment, high levels of energy and enthusiasm, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a responsible, passionate and committed team.
