Assistant store managers are responsible for assisting the store manager in executing store operations, supervising a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, and supporting the store manager in implementing company programs. Starbucks is seeking people with two years of progressively responsible related experience, including one year of customer service experience, strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills, and the ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
