Permanent London role with 1,350 chargeable hours. Provide excellent service to clients through solution-based advice, while advising on a broad range of UK and international tax and private client matters. Responsibilities include drafting tax advice and planning solutions, implementing advice, managing client files, liaising with intermediaries, managing HMRC enquiries and disclosures, advising on founder and management equity and incentive arrangements, drafting deeds, agreements and Wills, researching tax and trusts law, and supporting other departments with advice for HNW and UHNW clients. The role also involves direct client responsibility, managing workloads, leading multidisciplinary workstreams, meeting financial targets, business development and marketing, supervising junior team members, and keeping up to date with legal developments. Candidates should be admitted as solicitors in England and Wales, have excellent academics, at least 6 years' PQE in a tax or international private client team, and ATT, CTA or STEP qualifications, or be studying towards them or willing to do so. Excellent client care, direct client contact, business development, communication, professionalism, a positive work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team are also required.
