The Concrete Superintendent manages on-site activities related to concrete construction, with emphasis on safety, productivity, sequencing, and quality control. Responsibilities include enforcing OSHA and company safety standards, developing concrete work schedules, coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing site layout and staging, implementing concrete placement and quality control practices, coordinating equipment and materials, and training and mentoring team members. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred but not required with equivalent field experience, at least 5 years of structural or site concrete construction experience, strong knowledge of concrete forming, placement logistics, finishing work, and scheduling, effective communication and crew management skills, proficiency with MS Office and construction scheduling software, OSHA-30 certification, and a valid driver's license.
