Coare is looking for a talented Senior Architect with a strong sense of design, detail, organization, and the ability to guide team talent development. You will work across project phases, focusing on design quality, team direction, creative concepts, feasibility, and technical clarity. You will lead design teams, coordinate and supervise complex projects with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain design intent. You will be responsible for architectural and technical quality, lead complex design processes, manage junior and mid-level team members, and monitor planning, budget, and design integrity. The role requires a master's degree or equivalent, more than 5 years of experience with demonstrably strong design and coordination skills, excellent 2D and 3D drawing skills, and a passion for architecture, interiors, and society.
