Coare is looking for a talented Senior / Medior Interior Architect with a highly developed sense of design, detail, materialization, and collaboration. The role involves working on diverse interior projects from vision and concept through technical elaboration and realization, developing creative designs, translating them into feasible solutions, and focusing on materialization, detailing, and user experience. You will act as a key discussion partner for clients, build lasting relationships, guide clients through the design process, and translate developments in working, meeting, and well-being into inspiring, future-proof interior concepts. Depending on experience, you will coordinate projects and guide colleagues while safeguarding design quality and design intent. The position is based in Utrecht or Amsterdam, starts by mutual agreement, preferably in September, and involves 32 to 40 hours per week. Requirements include a completed Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or equivalent education, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience for mid-level or 5 or more years for senior level, fluent Dutch and English, a strong portfolio, affinity with materialization, detailing and technical execution, client communication skills, and excellent 2D and 3D design and visualization skills.
