Think creatively about what to serve guests, handle purchasing and work with the team to provide an extensive daily lunch. The role is based at a restaurant in the IJdok harbour area near central Amsterdam, with working hours between 12:00 and 23:00 and a schedule of 32 to 38 hours per week. Kitchen cleaning is handled by an external company, while the cook cleans their own section and the grill. Applicants should have completed cooking training, experience as an Independent Working Chef, good guest communication skills and knowledge of the chef's trade.
