Lead agreed architecture projects from inception to completion, taking responsibility for delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality. Manage project scope, fees, resources, profitability, client relationships and project reporting. Monitor progress, budgets and resource allocation, address client dissatisfaction, maintain project files, lead weekly project meetings, and report to the Project Director. The role also includes participating in marketing and business development, maintaining client contacts, attending networking events, mentoring junior colleagues, encouraging collaboration and promoting continual professional development.
