Lead and coordinate on-site operations for projects in the Mountain West region, including Provo, Jackson, and Park City, working with Project Managers, Project Engineers, field personnel, and office teams. Responsibilities include construction planning and execution, subcontractor coordination, quality control, field leadership, safety and compliance, client interaction, technical reviews, scheduling, cost tracking, and real-time problem-solving. Requires 5+ years of high-end residential building experience, prior construction superintendent experience, architectural drawing proficiency, current knowledge of building codes and OSHA requirements, and strong communication, leadership, organizational, conflict resolution, and planning skills.
