Manage high-end residential projects across Provo, Jackson, and Park City while working closely with site superintendents and project management teams. Responsibilities include leading project planning and execution, scheduling and resource coordination, procurement, subcontractor relationships, change orders, technical reviews, project engineering, financial management, documentation, and client and stakeholder communication. Requires 5+ years of high-end residential building experience, a bachelor's degree, proficiency in architectural drawings, strong analytical, organizational, managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills, and high attention to detail.
