If cancellation occurs 30 days before the arrival date, amounts paid are refunded in full, less 30 euros including tax for administration fees. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, no amount is refunded. Cancellations must be notified by fax or email, and telephone cancellations are not accepted.
