For seasonal rental contracts of less than 90 nights, the advertised rates include all charges and taxes related to the apartment, including water, gas, electricity, household linen, cleaning before arrival and welcome. No additional charge is requested for a standard rental. Rates do not depend on the number of occupants, within the apartment's stated capacity. Optional Service Plus services are charged separately.
