Fladgate's annual vacation scheme takes place over one working week during the summer and provides hands-on experience and an understanding of life as a Fladgate trainee. Participants take part in group and individual activities, complete work assignments from trainees, associates and partners, and have opportunities to network with staff and partners. Example assignments include reviewing confidentiality agreements, drafting a loan agreement, drafting a letter to a client, reviewing particulars of claim, reviewing Companies House registrations, working on a client pitch presentation, and drafting an internal memo to partners. The scheme includes social events and is a paid placement of £350 for the week.
