Provide professional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, provide assistance, support the online opening of new deposit accounts, and complete additional Call Center duties. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, issue resolution skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Full-time position. Base hourly range: $20 to $22.
