Manage distressed and non-performing loans, handle collections, foreclosures, collateral liquidation, and litigation, develop workout strategies, conduct financial analysis and risk assessments, negotiate repayment plans, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare management reports, coordinate asset recovery strategies, and maintain relationships with external agencies. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with two or more years of banking or financial services experience. SBA or commercial lending experience, strong communication skills, spreadsheet proficiency, and bilingual Korean skills are preferred. Full-time position. Base hourly range: $23 to $36.06.
