Volunteer board position with three vacancies. Board members provide strategic leadership, governance, financial oversight, risk monitoring, policy support, equity and community engagement leadership, fundraising and partnership support, and representation at meetings and events. The term is three years, with a maximum of two consecutive terms. Monthly hybrid Board meetings, participation on at least one Board Committee, and attendance at selected events and fundraising activities are required. KMC seeks expertise in finance and audit, fundraising and corporate partnerships, human resources and organizational development, or business leadership and entrepreneurship. Applicants may reside anywhere in Ontario, with preference potentially given to candidates in the Greater Toronto Area who can attend occasional in-person meetings and community events. This is a volunteer position and is not financially compensated.
