The Collaborative sought 2 to 4 full-time, fee for service psychotherapists with independent licensure as an LCSW or equivalent. The role included a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week, intake interviews, ongoing assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning, timely documentation, weekly individual and group supervision, community meetings, use of technology including videotaping for supervision and web-based tools, and shared marketing to increase client inquiries. Ideal candidates had proficiency in at least one trauma-focused, experiential modality such as EMDR, AEDP, Somatic Experiencing, IFS or EFT. Experience with group, couple or family work was a plus.
