The Collaborative is seeking 2 to 4 full-time, fee-for-service psychotherapists with a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week to join its private practice. Responsibilities include conducting intake interviews and ongoing assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning, completing documentation, attending weekly individual and group supervision and community meetings, using technology including videotaping for supervision and web-based tools, and participating in shared marketing. Candidates should be proficient in at least one trauma-focused, experiential modality such as EMDR, AEDP, Somatic Experiencing, IFS or EFT. Interest in group, couple or family work is a plus. The ideal candidate takes a proactive role in learning, responds well to feedback, balances independent work with seeking support, is committed to self-awareness and working across intersectional identities and power dynamics, and has strong organizational skills.
