Three Mills Bakery is seeking apprentices to produce viennoiserie style artisan pastries, including baked pastries for its cafes and wholesale clients, plus its Bake at Home range of laminated pastries, pies, sausage rolls, tarts and more. The role covers the full production process, from mixing dough through to baking or packing. The Home of Pastry is at the Newcastle St location. The business operates 7 days a week, with mostly daytime shifts, shared night shifts and expected weekend work. Applicants should demonstrate communication, attention to detail, problem solving, a sense of urgency, organisation, cleanliness and teamwork.
