Hart Security is seeking a highly experienced Operations & Security Manager (Rotator) to support the Country Operations Manager and Security Manager during leave and absence periods. The role ensures continuity of operations, security oversight and client service delivery across all sites. Duties include overseeing daily operations, managing guard force operations, delivering security training, conducting inspections, maintaining equipment and vehicles, managing access control, maintaining client relationships, leading operational and security teams, supporting emergency response planning and carrying out handover and takeover during rotations. Close protection duties may be required. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years military or police experience, 3 years PSC experience in high-risk environments, a Close Protection qualification, FREC or equivalent medical qualification, hostile environment driving and operations experience, leadership and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, a valid driver's licence, a clean criminal record and fitness for deployment.
