Coordinate and manage on-site activities for luxury custom construction projects in Los Angeles, working with Project Managers, Project Engineers, field personnel, and office departments. Responsibilities include construction planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, site documentation, team leadership, safety compliance, client interaction, site walkthroughs, and project closeout. Requires at least 10 years of superintendent experience on luxury or high-end residential projects, experience delivering projects on time and within budget, proficiency with architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, knowledge of local building codes and permit processes, experience with construction management software, OSHA 30 certification, strong leadership and communication skills, and strong decision-making, accountability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
