Each VHS tape is digitised on professional decks and saved as high-quality MP4 files onto a USB stick. Files are quality-checked for picture and sound, clearly named, and returned with the original tapes by tracked post anywhere in Australia or collected from the Collingwood studio. A private Family Gallery can be added for online viewing and sharing. Blank or unreadable tapes are refunded.
