Audio cassettes are played on quality decks and captured as clean MP3 files. Each recording is checked, files are clearly labelled, and original cassettes are returned. Recordings can be provided as a download, on a USB stick, or in a private Family Gallery. Drop off in Collingwood or post cassettes from anywhere in Australia. Blank or unreadable tapes are refunded. Chewed or tangled tapes may be assessed and repaired, with repair quoted before work. Standard audio cassettes are supported, and advice is available for microcassettes and dictation tapes.
