Conduct telephone interviews using CATI methodology and engage with people from various backgrounds to collect valuable insights. The role offers full training on CATI methodology, entry-level opportunities with potential for career growth, flexible working hours and a dynamic environment. Essential skills include an excellent telephone manner, confident interpersonal and communication skills, native language proficiency with good English skills, perseverance, strong organisational and time management skills, good computer literacy and attention to detail. Previous market research experience is a plus but not required. Evidenced Right to Work in the UK is required by the start of the contract. The role is currently office-based at the RONIN London or Lancaster office and reports to the CATI Manager.
