Responsibilities include leading activities such as Going-Out, Chinese New Year performances, and research projects while providing authentic Montessori education in collaboration with a Mandarin-speaking teacher. The ideal candidate holds an AMI Elementary diploma, has 1-10 years of Montessori classroom experience preferred, is creative and adaptable, is dedicated to elementary education, values collaboration and professional growth, maintains an inspiring Montessori environment, communicates effectively with parents, and enjoys educating them about Montessori philosophy.
