Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, overhauls, troubleshooting HVAC equipment, customer communication, identifying revenue-generating opportunities, completing work orders, following safety standards, using PPE, and participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Qualifications include extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment, proven HVAC repair competency, ability to read equipment schematics, English communication skills, computer tablet experience, a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and the ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
