The candidate will manage the daily operation of the parts department, including purchasing materials and maintaining inventory levels so the service department can complete work without delay. The role works with customer service coordinators, field technicians and the service manager in a busy environment. Responsibilities include fulfilling material requirements, sourcing replacement parts, evaluating suppliers, creating and managing purchase orders, receiving deliveries, monitoring inventory and reordering stock. HVAC and mechanical parts knowledge is a plus but not required, and the company will train the right candidate. Qualifications include organization, prioritization, multitasking, reliability, adaptability, the ability to handle high task volumes and pressure, computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency, and effective web navigation.
