Happy Dragon is seeking a passionate and qualified 3K/4K Lead Teacher to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum, create a safe and inclusive classroom environment, assess and document student progress, collaborate with teaching assistants and staff, engage with families and the community, stay current with early childhood education best practices, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations. The role involves guiding young learners through age-appropriate activities and fostering a love for learning. Candidates must meet one of the listed education, certification, experience, or study plan criteria. Early Childhood Special Education teacher certification for Birth to 2 is preferred.
