UVU is seeking a Senior Product Developer to take ownership of Jersey and Technical products, including apparel and accessories, from development through to bulk production. The role covers sourcing fabrics, trims, packaging and suppliers, working with Design, Operations and Content, managing critical paths, product testing, fittings, quality standards and supplier relationships, as well as managing and training a Junior Product Developer. Applicants should have a degree in Sportswear, Fashion, Product Development or a related field, proven sportswear product development experience, technical knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, fitting, patterns and grading, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure and travel when required.
