Cole Buxton is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Developer to work with the Product Development Manager and teams across Design, Production and Merchandising. The role involves supporting products from initial concept through bulk production, taking ownership of Jersey products, organising fit sessions, communicating with suppliers, measuring samples and patterns, creating specification documents, maintaining critical path trackers, booking production packaging and labels, and managing sample and fabric archives. Applicants should have a degree in Fashion, Product Development or a related field, industry experience, technical knowledge of fabrics, trims and garment construction, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
