Draft revocable trusts and related documents, handle probate cases under supervision, manage client relationships, assist with business development, monitor legal developments, draft pleadings and notices, conduct legal research, and attend probate court hearings. This is a full-time role that may be remote or based in the San Diego office. Some estate planning and probate experience is preferred, although newly admitted attorneys will be considered. Requires a bachelor's degree, a law degree from an accredited law school, and admission to the California State Bar.
