Represent clients in contested probate, trust, and civil litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, estate conflicts, and fiduciary responsibility disputes. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests, advising clients, collaborating with legal staff, and managing complex estate and trust litigation from inception to resolution. Requires a Juris Doctor degree, California bar admission, 10+ years of civil and probate litigation experience, strong communication and advocacy skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. This is a remote position, with the main office in San Diego.
