Join our top-ranked Media & Communications Disputes team as an experienced associate with 5+ PQE. This full-time role is based in London with hybrid office and home working. The focus is media litigation, including managing your own cases and supporting partners in the wider team, while also engaging in commercial litigation cases. Experience is sought in media law, including defamation, privacy, data protection, contempt and intellectual property, as well as clearance and pre-publication issues and media litigation. Experience in non-media litigation, including commercial, insolvency and corporate disputes, is preferable but not essential. Applicants should have excellent client communication skills and be happy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The team advises newspapers, broadcasters, book and online publishers, film and production companies, streaming and social media platforms, and media insurance companies.
