Support the church leadership team to implement its vision and strategy, encouraging spiritual and numerical growth and working with volunteers and external organisations. Responsibilities include church communications and administration, managing ChurchSuite, responding to public enquiries, maintaining documents and GDPR compliance, liaising on HR matters, applying for grants and developing fundraising strategies, and supporting volunteers, rotas and team recruitment. The role is 7.5 hours per week, with flexible working and home working required. Applicants must be committed and practising Christians who support the church's vision and values, have the right to work in the UK, and be able to manage priorities, organise volunteers, communicate effectively, use relevant office and church software, and explore fundraising opportunities. The initial fixed-term contract runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027. Salary is £15 per hour, approximately £5,850 gross for the contract.
