Lead and develop Bless Community Church's youth ministry through youth discipleship and missional engagement in the local community. Responsibilities include planning and leading youth group sessions, recruiting and equipping volunteers, overseeing mentoring, coordinating residentials, developing the Basement Youth Café and school outreach, and maintaining safeguarding standards. Applicants must be committed practising Christians who support the church's vision and values, have experience building relationships with young people, and be able to teach and disciple, organise activities, communicate effectively and support volunteers. The role is 15 hours per week, with availability required on Thursday afternoons and Wednesday evenings. The initial fixed-term contract runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 July 2027, with a salary of £9,750 gross for the contract, equivalent to £11,700 per annum. Applications close on 4 September 2026.
