Early Childhood support delivered by Early Childhood professionals for families in the Brimbank and Melton regions. The program is for families of children aged 0 to 5 who are concerned about their child's development and do not have a funded NDIS plan or are not eligible for the NDIS. Support includes caregiver interaction, collaborative planning, observation of daily routines, agreed strategies, feedback, reflection and planning for future sessions. Visits can take place at home or in community locations such as a library or the child's early childhood education service.
