An early childhood pilot program delivered by Early Years Support Coaches for families of children aged 0 to 5 who are concerned about their child's development, do not have a funded NDIS plan, or are not eligible for the NDIS. Available to families residing in the Wyndham and Hobsons Bay regions. Sessions include joint planning, observation, action, reflection and feedback, with strategies practised during daily routines at home or in community locations such as libraries and early childhood education services.
