The Clinical Research Coordinator for Translational Neurorecovery is responsible for performing and documenting clinical research evaluating recovery for people with stroke and other forms of neurologic injury. Duties include recruiting participants, obtaining informed consent, performing standardized clinical, kinematic, neuroimaging, EEG, and non-invasive neurostimulation assessments, coordinating research sessions, supporting patients and families, maintaining research data and study records, performing supervised data analysis, contributing to protocol recommendations, assisting with related research projects, attending lab meetings, and enhancing the web presence for research. The role works closely with the lab principal investigator and members of the Laboratory for Translational Neurorecovery.
