Blitz is seeking a Designer with five years of experience at architecture or commercial interior design firms, preferably focused on workplace design. The role prepares design presentations and architectural construction documents under senior staff supervision, coordinates design processes with clients, consultants, and contractors, fosters client relationships, and contributes to projects from programming through construction administration. Requirements include 5+ years of professional experience, an accredited degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Graphic Design, REVIT proficiency, proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, excellent 3D rendering skills, commercial interiors experience, strong technical and design skills, materials research and selection experience, furniture and systems furniture specification experience, teamwork, strong communication and organizational skills, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States, and availability to travel to other studios as required. LEED or WELL accreditation, Enscape skills, and experience with core and shell, hospitality, and retail are a plus.
