Ideas On Purpose is looking for an unflappable mid-level Project Manager for digital, sustainability and related projects. The role manages schedules, scope, budgets, teams, risks, assets and deliverables for website and print or PDF projects, while coordinating with on-site and off-site team members and sourcing resources as needed. Responsibilities include owning project success and quality assurance, contributing to web and digital tasks, anticipating and resolving risks, managing client relationships, hosting and documenting meetings, and overseeing user acceptance testing. Requirements include 2 or more years of project management or similar experience, preferably at a design, digital or creative agency; excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Asana, Git or GitHub and Teams; digital proficiency; a bachelor's degree; and residence in the New York metropolitan area with the ability to work on site. Experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress, web technologies, AI or PMP certification is a plus.
