Ideas On Purpose is looking for a talented senior designer to develop multiple design solutions based on project briefs, work with partners to marry themes and content with design, and collaborate with designers, writers, and project managers to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual and graphic design skills across digital and print or PDF work, advanced typography skills, experience visualizing data and developing complex infographics, and the ability to work within established brands while knowing how and when to push design. A BFA or equivalent education in graphic design, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and strong attention to detail are required. Experience with annual reports, sustainability or CSR reports, and motion or animation is a plus. This is a hybrid role requiring residence full time in the New York metropolitan area and on-site work three days a week. Salary is $65,000 to $90,000, based on years of experience, portfolio review, and industry expertise.
