The Department of Radiation Oncology may hire Sessional Lecturers to deliver some of its undergraduate courses. Applicants must submit the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 application form and curriculum vitae as one PDF by email. Applications are retained for 24 months, and applicants receive emailed job postings for specific positions during that period. Hiring decisions generally concern Winter or Fall courses in June, Spring courses in October, and Summer courses in March, although unexpected vacancies may arise at any time. Preference in hiring is given to qualified persons advanced to the rank of Sessional Lecturer II or Sessional Lecturer III under the CUPE Local 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement.
