Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is seeking a full-time academic leader in Radiation Oncology with experience in modern radiation oncology and gynecologic malignancy radiotherapy. The candidate will develop an active practice treating gynecologic cancers, with external beam radiotherapy and brachytherapy, and a second clinical practice site based on departmental need. Radiation oncology training and appropriate additional fellowship training in gynecologic oncology and brachytherapy, ongoing or completed, are required. Experience or dedicated training in lymphoma is an asset. The role includes developing MRI-guided brachytherapy programs, conducting an active academic research program in areas such as adaptive radiotherapy, radiation biology, radiation physics, imaging, technology or clinical epidemiology, participating in teaching programs, and holding protected academic time. Applicants must be eligible for medical licensure in Ontario and for an academic appointment at the University of Toronto.
