MCM are looking for a Senior Designer to join their Design team. The role involves contributing to and sometimes leading MCM projects, managing all stages from developing a client brief and leading the design through to delivery on site, developing client relationships, mentoring junior staff and contributing to company-wide initiatives. Responsibilities include developing project design concepts, establishing design criteria, preparing presentations, supporting project quality plans, working collaboratively with project teams, meeting project deadlines, contributing to client presentations, and assisting with architectural and interior project information. The role also includes representing MCM at industry events, developing business opportunities and supporting fee proposals and interviews. Experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max and Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with knowledge of Revit and Enscape, familiarity with all RIBA Stages, project management and organisational skills, attention to detail, initiative, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
