Join a newly established Global Pricing Center of Excellence as a Global Pricing Director / Senior Manager, leading the design and implementation of scalable pricing strategies across global markets. You will define value-based frameworks, drive cross-regional alignment, and optimise pricing performance for one of the top brands in the F&B industry. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to craft a new global pricing function that delivers consistency, efficiency, and measurable business value. Responsibilities include developing and refining pricing strategies across product families and regions, owning the global pricing strategy process, implementing value-based pricing models, using analytics and pricing KPIs to measure performance and profitability, collaborating with sales, finance, marketing, and category teams, managing pricing governance and compliance frameworks, cascading global strategy into regional initiatives, identifying optimisation opportunities, and supporting the integration and scaling of the Pricing Center of Excellence. Requirements include 5 to 7 or more years of experience in strategic pricing, ideally in the F&B or CPG sector, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, strong analytical skills, experience implementing value-based pricing strategies, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, strategic thinking, and an agile mindset.
